Do I need a credit card?
Not to start. A limited free plan lets you try DesignToRender without a card. Paid plans require a card and are billed monthly from the day you subscribe. There is no time-limited trial, but you can cancel a paid plan anytime and keep access until the end of the period.
What do I upload?
An image of your design: a screenshot or viewport capture from any 3D tool, or a sketch, floor plan or photo. We work from the picture you upload, so there are no model files to export, convert or set up. PNG and JPG both work.
How long does a still render take?
Most stills resolve in seconds on the shared queue. Paid plans run on a priority GPU queue, so heavier scenes and larger exports stay fast even under load.
Can I use the renders for client work?
Paid plans are built for professional and client projects. What you may do with the output is governed by our Terms of Service, so please review those for the specifics before publishing.
Do you keep my uploads private?
Your uploads and renders are private to your account by default. We never train on your images, and you can delete a project and its assets at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Anytime, from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next cycle. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the period ends.
