Do I need a credit card?
Yes. Paid plans require a card on file and are billed monthly from the day you subscribe. There is no free trial, but you can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the period.
What 3D formats can I upload?
DesignToRender reads the common architectural exchange formats, including SketchUp, Rhino, OBJ, FBX and glTF. Geometry, cameras and basic materials come across automatically.
How long does a still render take?
Most stills resolve in seconds on the shared queue. Paid plans run on a priority GPU queue, so heavier scenes and larger exports stay fast even under load.
Can I use the renders for client work?
Paid plans are built for professional and client projects. What you may do with the output is governed by our Terms of Service, so please review those for the specifics before publishing.
Do you keep my models private?
Your models and renders are private to your account by default. We never train on your files, and you can delete a project and its assets at any time.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Anytime, from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply at the next cycle. Cancel whenever you like and you keep access until the period ends.
