Last updated · June 23, 2026

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for everything you submit to and generate with the Service, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the rights of others. This policy supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.

2. Content you must not submit or generate

You may not use the Service to upload, create, or distribute content that:

  • you do not own or have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions to use, including third-party images, designs, brands or trademarks;
  • infringes or misappropriates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other right;
  • depicts an identifiable real person without their consent, or is intended to impersonate or deceive;
  • is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
  • is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any unsafe or sexualized way, or is otherwise exploitative;
  • is designed to mislead, such as content created to falsely represent real places, projects or events, or to facilitate scams.

3. Conduct that is not allowed

You may not:

  • interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or related systems;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures, without our written permission;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, harvest, or attempt to extract the underlying models, source code, weights or training data;
  • circumvent or exceed usage limits, rate limits, quotas, or access controls, including by using multiple accounts;
  • use bots or automated means to access the Service except through a documented interface we provide;
  • resell, rent, sublicense or otherwise make the Service available to third parties except as expressly permitted;
  • use the Service or its Output to develop, train or improve a competing product, model or service;
  • remove or alter any notices, or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

4. Use of AI Output

Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or not to scale. You must not present Output as a precise, verified or as-built representation where doing so could mislead, and you must not rely on Output for construction, engineering, permitting, safety or other consequential decisions without independent professional verification. You are responsible for any use you make of Output.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may, at our discretion and to the extent permitted by law, remove or restrict content, throttle, suspend or terminate accounts, and report activity to the relevant authorities. We may take these actions with or without notice. Violations may also be a breach of our Terms of Service.

6. Reporting abuse

To report content or conduct that may violate this policy, including suspected intellectual-property infringement, contact us at support@designtorender.com with enough detail for us to locate and assess the issue.
